Unfortunately, I am acquainted with a number of straight men who want to grow their beards, but the special lady in their life says "no."  Even though every study I've ever seen on the subject consistently report that more women find men with beards attractive than those who do not, this is not always true, of course.  Generally, older women are far more likely than younger women not to like beards on men.  Typically, these women prefer their men to be shaved smooth, perfumed, and lady-like as they are.

I hate when men are pussy-whipped by their wives and girlfriends.  Men should always be men.  Our beards are a natural part of our masculinity.  Without one, a man is below grade.
